Review and interpret Contract Terms & Conditions, define WBS / OBS structures to support scheduling, progress measurement, cost control, and reporting.
Lead planning coordination with Project Managers, Site Teams, Engineering & Procurement during execution to ensure alignment between schedule, resources, and site activities.
Perform progress measurements, schedule updates, variance analysis, and forecasting, identifying gaps between planned and actual performance.
